Good to know
With me, coverage of the ceremony only is €400, a couple session after the ceremony is €400, wedding photography with preparation, ceremony and photoshoot is €1000 and full-day coverage is €2000. Every package includes fully retouched photos, and the remaining good photos are delivered in basic colour correction.
The ceremony itself takes about ten minutes. Most couples combine Ceremony Only with a Couple Session, or choose Wedding Photography (€1000), which also covers the preparation. After the ceremony we usually walk to the City Hall garden, the old town streets or Nyhavn for portraits.
Each package includes a set number of fully retouched photos (5 to 30 depending on the package). All other good frames are delivered in basic colour correction. Extra retouching costs €50 for every 5 photos. Delivery time is agreed when you book.
You get an e-mail with a private download link, and the same link is available in your client page on this website, where you can also see your booking and update your details.
This is Copenhagen, so I always have a plan B: covered passages, beautiful interiors and cafés – and rain often gives the most atmospheric photos. For portrait sessions we can also move the date.
Not at all – almost nobody is. I give simple, gentle direction and keep things moving, so you forget the camera and the photos look like you.
Couples living abroad first apply to the Danish Agency of Family Law (Familieretshuset) for a certificate of marital status. When it is approved you book a ceremony time with the municipality, for example Copenhagen City Hall. Waiting times can be long in high season, so start early – and check my calendar as soon as you have a date. Always rely on the official pages familieretshuset.dk and kk.dk for current rules and fees.
